These are one hour slots and meant for swimmers who are used to doing lengths in a 50 meter pool , Please also note that the deep end is 16 feet deep,so you need to be comfortable in deep water. Registrations need to be done online at the following links for Rs 2950

Priyanka Pai is a Contemporary dancer, Creative Arts’ Therapist, a Pilate instructor and an ex competitive swimmer.
Priyanka trained at Zone Pilates in Stotts Pilate Mat course and conducts Pilates Sessions in Bangalore for both individuals and groups.

Expect to see strength gains in arms and legs. You’ll get stronger, more sculpted muscles and gain flexibility. You will also have better posture and a better sense of well-being. The breathing helps increase lung capacity.
Pilate is done on the mat, on the reformer and in water. In Aqua Pilates you use water to create resistance along with breathing. This helps in strengthening the muscles organically since water is a natural source. The fitness routine will be conducted partly on land and then in water using equipments like flexi-band, noodle, fitness circle and kick boards.
